Dr. Parag Telang has launched these fellowship programs to give back to his community. Becoming a plastic surgeon has been a 'dream come true' for him and through these programs he aims to enable junior doctors to achieve their dreams too.

Why Our Fellowship

There aren't many fellowship programmes in India that are solely focused on cosmetic surgery.
Through Dr. T's Fellowship Program, medical students and those in general surgery have the chance to participate in fundamental, translational, or clinical practice. The fellowship at Designer Bodyz is overseen by MCh plastic surgeon Dr. Parag Telang.
The program includes a wide range of patient encounters designed to help the fellow learn the basics of aesthetics, assess and treat patients, handle complications, and care for patients after standard cosmetic procedures - all under the guidance of Dr. Parag Telang.

Know Your Mentor

Dr. Parag Telang is a passionate cosmetic plastic surgeon who has been serving his patients for 20+ years now.
Having his own cosmetic surgery center in Mumbai (India) known as Designer Bodyz, he has been catering to patients not only from India but Australia, the USA and the UK as well.
He is also associated with the prestigious Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi.
He specializes in ear reconstruction surgery, facial feminization surgery, facelift, designer rhinoplasty, breast surgeries, 6-pack abs liposuction belt lipectomy, tummy tuck, gluteal (buttock) augmentation, and so on.
He also provides non-surgical options, especially for facial rejuvenation, to his patients including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, thread lift, lasers, and medical facials.

Is fellowship in aesthetic/ cosmetic surgery necessary before starting your own practice?

Dr. T's Fellowship Programs are meticulously designed in a manner to help the aspiring 'docpreneurs' i.e. doctors wanting to establish their individual practice. These programs facilitate great exposure to the daily operations that take place in a clinic/ hospital as well as hands-on training in surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. So, one can understand the nitty-gritties of cosmetic surgery from the surgeon who has been successfully operating his own cosmetic surgery center for almost 2 decades.

What are the course fees?

For observership we charge a fee of 50,000 INR or (1000 USD for Foreign nationals). The fees for a formal fellowship is 1,00,000 INR ( 2000 USD for Foreign nationals.

Can I enroll for both the courses?

No. You can enroll either as an Observer or as a Fellow.

What is the deadline for applying?

There is no deadline for applying. The courses are meant for fresh Plastic Surgery graduates who are within 5 years of their graduation.
